The reseller is expected to initiate the discussions with prospective clients and give brief explanation about the Products and Services and in case the client is interested, then, transfer the enquiry to HexaTech. The commissions are payable after completion of Sales as per the policies of the Company.
The dealer, on the other hand, buys from HexaTech and sells to their clients. Complete cycle of enquiry till sales is completed by Dealer only. HexaTech provides intensive training to Dealers' personnel for demo, installation and support for the softwares.
